Gwent Police are conducting a review of sections of MAPPA, part of which concerns an audit of Offenders (on ViSOR) managed by Gwent Police at all levels, with a view to checking compliance with certain aspects of current National MAPPA Guidance.

The work would consist of an entirely office-based, desk-top review and would involve interrogation of ViSOR with an electronic template/ proforma being completed for each subject against set criteria. It's envisaged that the accommodation will be at Police Headquarters at Croesyceiliog.

We require two people for approx. three/ four weeks (full-time). The preferred candidates would be former Detective Sergeants or Detective Constables with recent MAPPA and ViSOR experience. They should be computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office applications. Given the confidential & restricted nature of ViSOR and the data contained therein, 'SC' level security clearance is desirable but not essential. Interested, please contact me on the numbers below.
